Full-Day Event Video — So Nothing That Matters Gets Left on the Cutting Room Floor

You've invested months — sometimes a whole year — into building this one-day or multi-day event. The speakers, the agenda, the logistics, the little details nobody notices because everything feels so smooth and effortless - you did a great job!

This is the package for event organisers, communications teams, and brand managers who refuse to let a great day disappear into a vague memory. Full-day video coverage, from first welcome to final handshake — and a cinematic recap delivered before your guests have finished their recap drinks.

And then it's over. The room empties. You don't want to be left with a handful of blurry phone photos and a LinkedIn post with 47 likes.

What you get — three videos, one powerful story

Not every moment deserves the same treatment. That's why this package gives you three distinct videos — each designed for a different purpose, a different audience, and a different moment in your post-event strategy.

Cinematic recap

(3 min) — delivered within 24h

The full story. Beautifully cut, with narrative structure, musical rhythm, and the kind of visual quality that makes your audience wish they'd been there — and makes attendees proud they were. This is the video you'll embed on your website, show at next year's edition, and send to sponsors as proof of impact.

Interview story

(90 sec) — delivered within 24h

The human side. A participant, speaker, or client sharing what the day meant to them — in their own words, with their own energy. Testimonial content that doesn't feel like a testimonial.

Live highlight

(30–60 sec) — delivered same day

The pulse of the event, cut while it's still beating. Shareable on LinkedIn and Instagram the same afternoon, while reactions are real and engagement is at its peak.

 Who this is designed for

Some events are too important to cover lightly. This package is for the ones that deserve the full treatment.

It's the right fit if you're running a full-day or multi-session conference or summit, an annual brand or company event, a leadership day or executive gathering, a cultural or institutional programme with multiple acts or stages, or a brand activation where the atmosphere itself is part of the message.

If your event has a schedule, speakers, and people who flew in for it — it deserves a video that reflects its scale.

Best for:

✓ conferences or summits

✓ annual brand or company events

✓ leadership days

✓ executive gatherings

✓ cultural or institutional programmes

From first shot to final cut — how the day unfolds

I arrive before your event starts — not at the same time as your guests. That first moment of an empty room filling with people? That's often the best shot of the day. I don't miss it.

2

Throughout the day, I move through your event like a journalist, not a tourist. I'm looking for the moments that matter: the spontaneous laugh during a panel, the conversation that forms between strangers, the speaker who pauses for just a second too long before landing the line that changes the room.

3

While the closing session is running, I'm already editing. The live highlight is ready to share by the time the final applause dies down. The interview story and cinematic recap follow within 24 hours.

The strategic case for same-day video at your event

There's a window after a great event — usually 12 to 24 hours — where your audience is still buzzing, still talking, still sharing. If you publish your video inside that window, you're amplifying a wave that's already moving. If you publish two weeks later, you're making a ripple in still water.

The live highlight does something else too: it gives your attendees something to share while they're still there. They tag you, they reshare, they tell their networks why they came. That's earned reach that no paid campaign can replicate.

The 3-minute cinematic recap becomes evergreen — a piece of content that works on your website, in grant applications, in sponsor proposals, in next year's event pitch. One day of filming. Years of use.

FAQs

How do you manage filming and editing at the same time?

The highlight is edited during natural pauses in the programme — breaks, networking sessions, the closing remarks. I work with a structured approach that allows me to shoot all the key moments and edit between them, without missing anything important.

Can you cover multi-room or outdoor events?

Yes. We'll discuss the layout and programme in advance so I can plan my coverage strategically. For very large or multi-venue productions, additional crew can be arranged.

What happens if the event runs long?

Real events rarely run on schedule, and I plan for that. We'll align on priorities upfront so if the day stretches, you know exactly what will be covered and what the delivery timeline looks like.

Your event is worth remembering. Let's make sure it is.

Tell me about your event — the date, the format, the audience — and let's figure out how to capture it in a way that lasts. A short discovery call is the first step.
